Siojo Posted October 9, 2009 Share Posted October 9, 2009 I was just perusing the Lore of UESP outta boredom, and I happened upon this: "4E 40 — The Infernal CityTamriel is threatened anew by an ancient and all-consuming evil. It is Umbriel, a floating city that casts a terrifying shadow-for wherever it falls, people die and rise again." Note that this is 40 years after the events of Oblivion...
