Basically someone that is well known with TES lore creates a merchant to sell the lost artifacts from past eras. These artifacts are unique and rare, ideally with new textures and stuff. However, the catch is that they are ridiculously expensive, like 5 to 6 figure gold amounts. It would be fun to actually spend the tons of gold I collected. The mod can constantly be updated and maybe each weapon has a backstory with a new voice dialogue. This merchant can be a dubious character and whatnot... he may sell a few fake artifacts that don't exist in TES lore thus forcing the buyer to read on the enjoyable lore that TES is.
