Gethesmain
Not after... Before. Well that's points for me in any case, it means I'm not the only one interested. But what do you mean "Celtic" there's not a piece there that says celtic anything... Certainly not the armour or sword.

Siojo
I think Google's wrong, heh. That looks something like an English armour, I could be wrong too though, from my understanding Celts didn't really have armours such as that since they were mostly barbarians depending on the age. Gethesmain
Long and short of it is that neither England nor Ireland (nor Scotland) had armour that was intrinsically their own. The first armour is Italian, the others are BOTH German Gothic. English never had good mineral deposits, they imported their armour from France Italy and Germany. Irish and Scots sometimes had Helmets and Chainmail but that's besides the point. The sword is pure fantasy, though kind of cool looking. Here is a good idea of what the Irish had. http://www.myarmoury.com/feature_armies_irish.html Maybe these could be made?
Siojo
Haha, I was meant to say French but I guess I was still wrong, eh? I didn't open up the pictures so the one on the farthest right looks as though it had a Fleur-de-lis, although that was a widely used symbol throughout Europe its just the French that have really clung to it. S4INT
well i do have a picture of a heavy leather armour...
Gethesmain
This leather one looks nice, and would probably make a cool lightweight armour. Maybe a retexture of males Iron armour would work here, as they share some of the basic form.Though the ornaments on the collar would likely have to be added. As for the Fleur-de-lis, it is french, specifically it is the logo of the Musketeers. Why it was used on that picture of gothic armour? simple, that is an 18guage piece of crap "for sale" armour from a website that deals in crappy armour and weapons. They're poor replicas and thus have silly people designing for them. Since most people don't know anything about armour/weapons, they can label one thing as another, and slap things together in a hodgepodge and call it good. The irish were well known for their Dirks (a type of knife) maybe we could get one of those in there?
