Rapmastac1
Ok. I just got Morrowind for PC, and I love using the TES Construction set, but, how do you make ur own characters, like, not NPC;s, but new characters, using Meshes and Maps and stuff. You know, make them look physically different. Same thing with items and stuff. Some help, or links would be greatly appreciated.
Stampede
 In other words you want to create new models? You will need a 3D rendering program and the skill to use it. It is a complex process, we do not provide tutorials on this site directly but there are tutorials available online. You can use a 30 day trial program called Milkshape to create objects (no animation) or get your hands on a now obsolete version of 3Dsmax. Gabbemaster
Or download the free Open Source 3D-Rendering program "Blender3D". Look in another thread HERE
Rapmastac1
OK, are these programs, which I have heard of, anything like POVRay, if so, then do you know of any way to graphically edit stuff, not just a line of text that would take weeks to get down. I can understand simple stuff, but, like, not Javascript and stuff like that. And, i'll check out Blender, thanks. PSP (+.[___]::) For Ever!!! That program is a rare exception, an old text-based program that never got updated (and most of the people who still use it use add-on graphic modelers). It's still not the easiest skill to learn, but the software is much better than POVray.
Rapmastac1
Ok, now that I know this, wut is this about the Nvidia Plugin for Adobe Photoshop, wut do I accomplish with that, like, i don't wanna make a whole new model, just sort of like new "masks" i guess you could say, but making a new look is a thought too. Can you use this plugin to make new faces, or make weapons a different color, and wut exactly can you do with the Blender. Like, lets say I want to make a Redguard, with the head of a cow, with my face on it, that would require Blender, but, if I just wanna make the Breton's ears just a little bigger, and make em pitch black, would I just use the photoshop plugin, or Blender, or possibly both. Peregrine
Anything that changes the actual shape of the object would require a 3d modeling program. Just re-texturing it doesn't even need the photoshop plugin, anything that can save .tga files (any good program can) will work. So for your example, you could make them black with just photoshop, but to make them bigger you'd need 3dsmax.

Rapmastac1
OK, I am getting it. So, how do I know how to save it as, you know, besides TGA. Like, the size, and where to put what? I can't just make a 1024x768 pic, with the eyes on the corner, I don't really get how the map gets put on in the first place, like, does it wrap around, or do you have to make different sections for the bakc, and the front and so on. And yes, i do know you have to make different sections such as leg and arm. And, when I make the TGA file, how do I implement it, so lets say I made a Breton Black, and I made a (or all) rubys white. Where do I put the files, and how do I make em work?
