Last steps

so after 2 days of very intensive preparation i have almost gathered all the mods i consider i need to enjoy this time around oblivion. now i need some recommendations over a few particular aspects of the game i want to mod.

 

1st) water and weather enhancing mods

on previous games i had used enhanced water v2 and natural environemnt. do you recommend another one over this?

 

2nd) Face mods. i used natural faces but had problems when using it together with roberts body( when changing bear colour, body colour changed too;neck and body didnt match)

 

3rd) Blood mods

i used to use bloody mess, is there something better around this days? or something i should add along with it?

 

4th) Ruined tail tale, cybiades, verona house; should i get them? what other quest mods do you recommend?

i liked lost spires for example, and the quests from elder council or hoarfrost.

2:TNR is good, also RBP has some optional face plugins, it does two things Adds custom eyes/hair to most NPCs and applies the facial structure of your choices (vanilla, TNR, Beautiful People, etc.)

 

Beautiful People is also a face mod, but it has some compatibility issues to it.

I'd suggest using All Natural with Natural Weather and AWS. Gives a wonderful mix of weathers and excellent lighting. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18305

 

Improved Facial Textures topped off with these http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14805 and the NPC Face Color Unlocker http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10811 gives a nice face result :) Evens out all that blotchy stuff :P The neck and body are hard to get to match, and there's no way to get rid of that horrid neck seam. There are plenty of cover up items for them though.
