The slave bracelets look like a Kikai mesh to me, though, which means permissions may not have been sought (in which case the armor probably is not available publicly). The bracelet may not be part of the armor. I've seen similar thing from Slof's bracelets, and it may use either gauntlet slot or ring slot.
