kruddpm Posted October 24, 2009 Share Posted October 24, 2009 since no one was interested in making the costume that the doctor wears in doctor who, i decided to have a shot at some re texturing with gimp 2. unfortunately the oblivion files cant be opened by gimp. please let me know if you can remedy this or if you would be interested in creating the clothes yourself. i have a picture of the item in my post in the files request section of the nexus, titled "the doctor's clothes". Article: How To Extract BSA Files Using BSA Commander Then you'll need to install GIMP and the necessary plugins to import and export DDS files. Be sure to keep your WIP "source" files as a native filetype to GIMP. Complete GIMP Package @ TESNexus Then you'll need to decide if you are going to do a texture replacer or create new re-textured items.
