Natural Faces and Improved Facial Textures have better age maps for vanilla races. Even with that, vanilla NPCs look better. Then, install hi-resolution face texture over. Enayla's textures are pretty popular, and several HGEC texture packs have good facial textures(even though you use other body replacer, you may check them).Other than that, there're no 'true' face mod. You will have to make your own face. If you're searching for better NPC faces, there're some, like TNR. However, since it edits vanilla NPCs, it will conflict with any other mods that edit same NPCs.
