tejano2828 Posted January 20, 2019 Share Posted January 20, 2019 You can also download the mod "convenient horses' go into it's MCM menu and activate "script latency test" and check your MS...should be very low. Certain mods like Frostfall will give you lots of script latency. Uninstalling mods without cleaning the scripts with a savetool will also give you script errors/latent if left unchecked. Evangela Posted January 22, 2019 Share Posted January 22, 2019 (edited) I'm wonder how the latency is calculated. Each function takes varying amount of seconds to return. That and many of Bethesda's own scripts aren't very optimized. This is why I cringe everytime I see scripts that use those "convenience" functions like GetActorRef, which is.. GetActorReference > GetReference as Actor @_@, when the last one is much faster. The more native calls, the slower the script will run.
