Killians5
I know this is going to sound lame but for the life of me i cannot kill the demora right inside the tower in the vos mission. Any suggestions? Relatively new to the whole Elder Scrolls series love what I've seen so far. This is the first spot I have got stuck at, which is terrible cause it's just a go in and kill everything I see mission, but anyways any pointers would be appreciated...Thank You
Povuholo
With not being able to kill do you mean he is too strong for you or do you mean you can't reach it? If you can't reach it you should try levitate, and if you can't beat it buy some healing potions, or make some yourself, if you are good at alchemy. And welcome to the forums! ;D
batesmotel34
Is this a quest in VOS (the village) or TEL VOS (the Televani stronghold outside the village)? I don't recall any specific quest in VOS that involves fighting a Dremora (or any in Tel Vos). There is a room in one of the towers of Tel Vos that always has a daedra guardian of some sort depending on your level. It can be an atronach, dremora, daedroth, golden saint, scamp, etc. I don't think there is any mission that involves killing it tand I suspect you should be able to get to wherever you need to be in Tel Vos without having to go throught that room which I think is in the central tower. You may need to levitate to one of the crosswalks between towers to get where you're going easily without going through that room but I don't think you need to specifically go through the room with the daedra guarding it. I know this is going to sound lame but for the life of me i cannot kill the demora right inside the tower in the vos mission. Any suggestions? Killians5
I'm not even hitting him he uses some spell shield on himself, i kill everyone in the place with no problem at all, no rest, no potions needed what so ever. Then when i get to him we get destryed, the NPC usually will engage him and i attack him from behind he makes quick work of the NPC and then whoops on me. I'm sorry i didn't clerify better (newbie all the way around), it is the fighter guild mission that you have to distintcly go into the tower to kill the necromancer upstairs, i tried running straight upstairs to the necromancer but then i end up fighting them both at the same time and getting beat on. Sorry again for not clerifying and thanks to all of you for the help.....
Malchik
Aha - Vas, not Vos. You had us all confused there. It is possible to get this quest when you are not ideally strong enough to kill the dremora (sometimes two IIRC). You can get some help with summoning spells but if it is constantly beating you (and you really shouldn't let the poor NPC get killed on your behalf) you need better weapons and more training. It is possible to run past and kill the necromancer if you can do so quickly and then use an intervention spell to get out but again you leave the NPC to die. Do some other quests while training up and read threads on how to get powerful weapons early in the game without cheating.
VaanicOne
Concerning the NPC companion, it's best to leave her outside if you're going to be running past the daedra. In fact, it's best to leave her outside full stop.
