spammster Posted October 27, 2009 Share Posted October 27, 2009 well, do it go rip the audio out of the video, convert it to .wavput it somewhere in Fallout 3\Data\Sound\FX\ duplicate an existing laser pistol/rifle whatev. and change the soundfile stripping and cutting the audio will take the most time. and personally i would assume it will annoy the F outta you after the 10th time you shot that weapon.
