I was wondering Because Sims 2 has alot of Great Mods ( as a matter of fact outstanding )

Here is a Mod with Clouds hair on modthesims2.com

I swear this mod looks perfect compared to the cloud strife mod they have for oblivion so i was wondering if you can transfer the mod into oblivion if there was any way here is more examples..

I don't like Sims 2. I played it on a bet. I was going to beat that game come H--- or high water. I beat it, but I was bored, and it felt like work.

As to your question, my guess is that there are more differences between the game engines than similarities. I would not expect the mods to transfer between two such different games from different software companies. It may in fact be impossible, but if you are lucky, maybe it would just be difficult.

Several modders import Sims2 hair meshes into Oblivion for personal use, and some imported meshes are released publicly(with original author's permission).

**I wish someone recreate Ren's Sims2 Elven ears..... Although she also did make those ears for Oblivion, they're not in public.

Um...there is no way to "beat" Sims 2...there is no actual story line or quests or anything like that. Its a life simulation (duh) and has no "end". And do not try to argue the point, for anyone that is a fan of Sims2 (like me) will tell you, there is no end to the game.

But other than that, I do agree that the current Cloud's Hair is kinda...lacking, and that there are many great ones in sims 2. But like others have said, you need to get the original authors permissions first.

Im a little sick of The sims 2 myself but have u seen their mods? they look perfect i dont care about the sims 2 but their mods are very good and also i think u need to have permission to release the sims 2 mod in oblivion version not making a personal one so yeah..

Also that cloud one looks perfect just look at that one and compare it to our oblivion it just beats oblivion by a mile seriously..
