Marxist ßastard
playbink "mw_end.bik" 1 The second argument indicates whether or not you want to be able to skip the movie. Since I presume you don't want the "full cinematic experience" here, leaving it just the way it is should be fine. As far as I know, it'll search both the videos directory on the root of the CD drive you used to install the game, and the one within your data files folder. Any BINK format video will do, including an arbitrary-length stream of null charachters -- no need to inform the game of anything.
Peregrine
If you're asking if you can view them outside of Morrowind, the answer is yes. Download http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm, then open the .bnk files with it. They'll play just like a normal video file.
brocojrs90
Where are the biks located, like in .bsa's or what
Marxist ßastard
The BSA archives can only contain graphics and models. As far as I know, playbink and the hardcoded introductory movie player will search both the videos directory on the root of the CD drive you used to install the game, and the one within your data files folder -- thus, if the game can play it, it'll be in one of those two locations, and vice versa.
