Dragons?

I like dragons in the DnD games... mainly because they're more than mindless beasts and are actually far more intelligent than humans. Gratuitous inclusion of dragons just because "ooo it's a fantasy game" can be a bit tacky though. It all depends how they're used. Still, they're definitely my favourite fantasy creature. :P Just to be hideously unoriginal.

Dragons have one of the most complex mythologies in the world and are seen as embodiments of good in some societies and evil in others. They are said to hold the wisdom of the ages. If used sparingly and interestingly they can hugely enhance the magical feel of a game as Switch says. If used for comedy too they can work but if they are just another monster they are pretty uninteresting, Like most monsters I suppose.

Dragons in a game can add GREAT feeling to the atmosphere of the game... but only if well done... I'm disappointed when I'm playing a game that has a dragon and it moves funny, well in general just doesn't act at all "dragony"... I have a morrowind mod "Ultimate Creatures" or something it adds lots of new creatures to the game (go figure!)... and there is a dragon I came across... it sucked :(... my point being... lol...well actually I have no point...

I like dragons!

No, I think he was pointing out that Morrowind isn't boring, so it's not necessarily true that a fantasy game is boring without dragons. ;)

I was agreeing with Vaanic,.. by Snubben saying that a fantasy game without dragons is boring and morrowind not having dragons (as Vaanic mentioned) I was.... nevermind  ,... I know what I ment but I can't put it in words hahha... daww...

Summary: I was agreeing with Vaanic :P
