[Viralmelon]

So you have all probably played hearthfire, the skyrim dlc that allows you to buy a plot of land and construct a homestead.

 

After being inspired by Mike Hanchos mods I came up with an idea for a mod that allowe the player to purchase land from ncr/legion in different locations and build their own home.

 

Now I understand this is quite a huge undertaking and I have no experience modding, I just wanted to float the idea.
