Honestly,I think that it would be fantastic (potentially unrealistic) I think that Camp Mccarran could be deserted and perhaps the scientists data could be used to continue technological progress? I think that The player could have a choice in opening up the strip to free side residents, the lucky 38 could function as a government building where representatives of towns hold council (Trudy for Goodsprings, Johnson Nash for Primm etc.). The aspect of the mod that interests me most is the possession of old military posts. I love the idea of moving into the Fort or Mccarran and establishing control

So you have all probably played hearthfire, the skyrim dlc that allows you to buy a plot of land and construct a homestead. After being inspired by Mike Hanchos mods I came up with an idea for a mod that allowe the player to purchase land from ncr/legion in different locations and build their own home. Now I understand this is quite a huge undertaking and I have no experience modding, I just wanted to float the idea.
