Well, I think it makes sense and it would be nice if someone made a mod where the player could rent the apartment as other residents do, especially if you get rid of Roy. I personally think that Roy is a jerk and needs to be eliminated. It's true that the residents are bigots but many of them agreed to let Roy in and then in turn he wiped them out.
