Werewolf_13
Hi I am using Slofs Giger Armour with the "Giger Battleclaws" Armour: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24756 Claws: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23998 The problem is that I have no helmet to go with the armour. My question is if anyone knows of a helmet that fits with the armour.I was thinkng of a Xenomorph/Alien helmet since you look like an alien when wearing the armor. The closest I have come is the predator mod that allows you to play as a predator: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18390 There I found some pics thak looked interesting: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/1...-1217741607.jpg http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/1...-1217741606.jpg http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/1...-1216175477.jpg http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/1...-1216175477.jpg http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/1...-1216175477.jpg It looks like he is usinig the Giger armour for the alien but what kind of helmet is he using?Has anyone used it and does anyone know where I can get it? Thanks Werewolf_13
LHammonds
Yep, I'm pretty sure it is a Morrowind helmet called Bonemold Helmet with a re-tex done to it (and why you don't see the front of it). http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/6997-1-1193291395.jpg
Werewolf_13
Ok. Thanks. But I am using an argonian so the helmet does not fit. (His face goes through the helmet). Do you know of a way to make it fit an argonian? For example by making it a closed helmet or heavy helmet?
LHammonds
Do you know of a way to make it fit an argonian?Well, you could try creating a helmet.egm file for it. Scanti released a tool called The Conformulator that does that very task but the helmet must be contained in a single NiTriStrip or NiTriShape object (cannot be multiple pieces). But I'm fairly sure this helmet is a single model. This would allow the helmet to morph to fit the shape of an argonian but it may have odd stretching issues or places where it clips. The other option would be to configure the helmet in the Construction Set to take the Head AND Hair slots. The would effectively remove the head model from the player and would be the quickest and easiest solution. But this particular model would show "gaps" where the neck and face would normally be since it is not designed as a closed helm. It could be modified to have a lower section to cover the neck that would be missing and close off the eye slits to keep from seeing into an empty helmet. I will try the The Conformulator first and see if it works. Werewolf_13
