What on earth is "Ngasta! Kvata! Kvakis!"?? It says that it's by some guy called Ngasta, but what does it/he say?!

Annd one of the Telvanni councilors, can't remember his name now but the Big Cheese after you off a certain annoying councilor with Dremora as bodyguards (yikes), has the book on his desk, with a paper where he's been taking notes of it!

That's one really annoying aspect of Morrowind: you can't ask people about things unless they are scripted and have some bigger freakin' meaning.. WHy can't I just ask the guy what the book says?!

"Because it doesn't matter, my child," said the Bethesda 'Morrowind'-team in unison.

Here it is, thanks to the Imperial Library

N'Gasta! Kvata! Kvakis!

[an obscure text in the language of the Sload, purportedly written by the Second Era Western necromancer, N'Gasta.]

N'Gasta! Kvata! Kvakis!

N'Gasta! Kvata! Kvakis! ahkstas so novajxletero (oix jhemile) so Ranetauw. Ricevas gxin pagintaj membrauw kaj aliaj individuauw, kiujn iamaniere tusxas so raneta aktivado. En gxi aperas informauw unuavice pri so lokauw so cxiumonataj kunvenauw, sed nature ankoix pri aliaj aktuasoj aktivecauw so societo. Ne malofte enahkstas krome plej diversaspekta materialo eduka oix distra.

So interreta Kvako (retletera kaj verjheauw) ahkstas unufsonke alternativaj kanasouw por distribui so enhavon so papera Kva! Kvak!. Sed alifsonke so enhavauw so diversaj verjheauw antoixvible ne povas kaj ecx ne vus cxiam ahksti centprocente so sama. En malvaste cirkusonta paperfolio ekzemple ebsos publikigi ilustrajxauwn, kiuj pro kopirajtaj kiasouw ne ahkstas uzebsoj en so interreto. Alifsonke so masoltaj kostauw reta distribuo forigas so spacajn limigauwn kaj permahksas pli ampleksan enhavon, por ne paroli pri gxishora aktualeco.

Tiuj cirkonstancauw rahkspeguligxos en so aspekto so Kvakoa, kiu ja cetere servos ankoix kiel gxeneraso retejo so ranetauw.

Now can anyone here read Sload?

I could be wrong, but I think that reffers to there being both a Dutch and an English version of "N'Gasta! Kvata! Kvakis!"

Neither of which is understandable to either nation...

Or maybe they did translate it, but if so I certainly don't know from what source. But I'm not about to download a Dutch book plug in to find out.

Translating an unknown language is like code-breaking. Isn't there a computerised code-breaker out there somewhere? Of course there's not much to go on. There are hints - the Sloads are very clean as they use lots of soap, some of it no doubt soft. They had so much soap indeed that they have washed themselves off the face of Vardenfell.
