Questions on NPC voice dialogue.

I was wondering how I can get a dialogue to show up with a creature. I'm making this mod where you do some quests

for a dragon, I've done the scripting but I've run into a problem or I'm doing something wrong, but the dragon will not

use any of the dialogue given in his dialogue tree branch.

 

He just waits there and breaths in and out like a random dragon encountered in skyrim, but not hostile.

He currently uses crdragonvoice as the voice. I've linked him to the conditions in his responses text but he still wont

respond.

 

The dragon is a duplicated Alduin I'm using to make Alduin ask you for a favor.

I'm experimenting with a mod where you can choose to side with Alduin and instead of destroy

everything in skyrim, restore his Lordship.

You have to set up a voice type for your dragon.

Ok I tried that to failure. I made a voice type and told the game to only allow the creature of this voice type to use the dialogue given.

I recorded Wav files for the dialogue and had everything set up for him to basically say

 

"We have not met before..."

 

but when I approach him, he will not have the option to open up a greetings topic.

He only sits there breathing. I'm using the AlduinBase but made a duplicate and am

calling it MODAlduin01. Here is a screenshot of the dialogue window
