those settings freed up a lot of lag I was experiencing but still no sweetfx its too bright, even when brightness is all the way down also not all those settings were in my enblocal here is a screenshot http://prntscr.com/74yclg I assume I just add them too the line? thanks for your support so far, I'd like to get sweetfx working and I think my enb would be fully installed.

Ok so I got a friend too help me install enb "project enb" to be precise. and when I go in game I get this extreme lag but I think because its trying to load sweetfx but cannot, because when I pause the game, everything goes a bit dimmer, shadier, when I save, the save icon shows sweetfx on in the image, however in gameplay its bright sunny no sweetfx and its crippling the framerate. What could be causing this, have we done something wrong? here is what we did for reference == Downloaded climates of Tamriel, got project enb update for CoT went too the enb and got v.0221, installed CoT then took the d3d9.dll from the enb wrapper file. From project enb's complice set we dragged everything over to the skyrim folder, not the data, the skyrim folder. Set vram to 384 and memory to 256 in ENB local. followed the whole tree shaders, land shaders, etc in the skyrim game file. Booted up skyrim and the enb runs but the sweetfx does not. I have an AMD quad core computer, with Nvidia GTX 780ti GPU and memory of 8182mb ram.

I'm trying to install an ENB and I followed the tutorial by Gopher; as many people recommended him. I followed everything to the letter in installing project reality; but when I go in game, I'm having these huge texture failures. Colors and polygons are spinning out of control; everything is white outlined and everything else grey like its on chalk; the game freezes in place but I still here as though I'm moving around and NPC's around me are talking. That and a few more. I did some investigation; and was directed to my SkyrimPrefs.ini to edit some things; I did so but with no change in the game; I was wondering if this has to do with out of date drivers perhaps? I've reverted back on my drivers because the up to date ones were having texture errors with skyrim and upon reverting back 1 stage or 2, they work perfectly. Any help is very much appreciated.

So randomly when playing skyrim, and its almost un-predictable, I may crash, I may close out and crash. Everything can freeze in place so bad that the only solution is for me to unplug my computer because it wont do anything but show the screen of skyrim, mods don't appear to be working correctly in certain places, npc's don't always use weapons, and sometimes npc's may act a little differently then they are supposed to act. I've had these mods for awhile but it never caused a problem as severe as this, so I started a new game, and the problems continue onto this brand new save. Can someone take a look at my mod list and let me know if any of these mods is considered cancerous to my game? Thanks The only thing I see is the riekling slave follower, but I thought it wouldn't be that worrisome since it was just a follower.

Bump: please help, is this normal for NPC's to sometimes not use there weapons? I'm positive wielding invisible torches isn't normal.

I've started a brand new game and I've run into some few errors that I'm slowly working with to patch up. one that I've noticed, and not sure if intended is that bandits will sometimes not use there weapons because they have non on them. I use SkyRe and I don't remember this being a feature. Also, certain NPC's will hold there hand out as though they have a torch when really they don't have a torch. and a final minor problem is that I use a digitigrade argonian feet mod and some boots wont equip when I try to, they don't render on my feet. here it a loot load order;

This is getting a little annoying as its now picked up to where everytime I try to fast travel from whiterun to Windhelm, it crashes. I've got a log file, but I'm no expect on it, can someone look it over for me and tell me what's wrong. I see missing files apparently are in it and such, but other then that I don't know why my skyrim is crashing every-time I fast travel.

I've played Skyrim for a long time on my old computer, but recently updated to a new computer that is much more powerful. I'm using the same graphics card, but I've noticed that I'm having some issues visually in game. When I walk in first person I can get this black squares stretching in the corners, or near my characters shoulder location. I see red markers it looks like sticking under the ground or inside walls. I see yellow and darker markers also at various times and constantly in many areas. What is causing this, can anyone help? LooT Report file:

Ok I removed Dance of Death and viletouch you were right to bet on it. The second I removed it, my LooT could organize just fine and play. I'll replace it with that other killmove mod, thanks for the help guys. :D

I apologize for not giving all the correct information on my Mouse and KB, but I'm rather noobie at all the information on my current computer. The computer my mom got me said it was a gaming computer online, an iBuyPower AMD FX 4300 quad core computer with the Nvidia GT GeForce 760 or so. I've used steam to update my drivers to the latest version, other then that I know little to nothing about making sure my drivers are correct since I've always had Java autodetect the right drivers. I've also tried setting the graphics on lowest but still get the lag, the game's auto detect recommends highest, but any setting I still have the mouse and keyboard lag. I DO have an AMD Radeon 6700 HD series graphics card in my old computer that DID run skyrim without this keyboard and mouse stutter, would it be worth it to install it into this computer? and how does it compare to my Nvidia GT GeForce 760?

I'm experiencing heavy mouse and keyboard lag in skyrim. I'm using a Nvidia Geforce GT 760 gPU and if I go in and turn off V-sync then my game gets really really stuttery. So I can't turn off V-sync without an issue and having it on causes mouse and keyboard lag. Can someone help me?

I do have dance of death in my load order. I had it before but didn't have any problems.

I finally got all my skyrim mods back in and ran loot to organize my mods but when I went into game, I see the smoke and the logo but it never progresses. No continue, new, or load buttons. However, when I organize with BOSS I'm able to play no problems. However, BOSS is highly outdated so I realize not all mods could function correctly because of such. I'd like to provide a LooT load order vs my BOSS load order, but I don't know how to get a copy of my LooT load order without writing each mod down since I can't find a written list of my mod organized on LooT. Can someone help me?

where would you recommend I install steam? last time I had it in program files/games but now with this arising problem I can move it. maybe it'll help I dunno. I've had a pretty frustrating day with these mods, I hope what you say if the fix though. NVM got it to work thanks. But I've encountered a new problem I'm gonna post about.

I recently got a new computer so I had to re-download all of my skyrim mods to transfer them over so I could continue playing my safe file. Long story short, after getting all 150 mods back, the game wouldn't launch because it kept crashing. I removed all my mods and went installing the mods 1 by 1 and when I install the first mod with the Nexus mod manager, the whole thing crashes. If I run skyrim through the Tes5Edit, it goes though the whole process fine. But in game, I get to the start logo before the game CTD. I tested with various mods, if I have a mod installed, the game just automatically crashes. I'm doing this on a windows 8.1 computer, Nexus mod manager to install my mods, and LooT to organize. I recently got Dawnguard DLC from a friend today as a christmas gift to complete my DLC list. The game recognizes the DLC but it will not allow me to have any mods...so what's going on?

Oh yes I saw you listed animations for males as well, I just thought if you added more references like if you had more suggestions I'd like them to be for male player gameplay. I'm going to check out your suggestions though, the look really nice. Really? I love my argonian character build, he is the true Dovakiin among my 12 characters, and everytime when I play as him it just seems like something is missing. A small dragon shoulder mount would be epic for the dovakiin, not so lore friendly, but awesome nontheless. I remember seeing the mini dragons as well, I wanted something more, equitable, or cosmetic. a mini dragon would glitch on the floor but an equipable dragon, if designed correctly, would just be breathing, and looking awesome!

Thanks for the response, and sorry for my late one. The pet follower was a pretty good suggestion, but I was hoping for some dragon pets. And by equippable I meant, you could equip the pet dragon and he would sit on your shoulder. Or be wrapped around your arm if he was a serpent. I play a male character so I don't want any pretty animations for females XD

Hello, I've been absent for a short while as I wait for my computer parts to arrive so they can get rigged into my computer. while I waited I gamed on some other games like TF2, Don't starve, etc. But I'm really wanting to get back into Skyrim and put up with the lag again. But I wanted to see if some new mods were being worked on, or finished since last I played. Pets: I wanted to know if there was any mods to have pets in game. Ones that could be attached or equipped to the player would be awesome like a shoulder mount. Equipment: I wanted to know if any additional mods have been made that attach small things to your character like when you have some spell tomes, you see them equipped to your mage character, scrolls too. Movement/animation: I know there are many of them, but are there any you can recommend that give a really good immersive feel? so that the running, walking is not just the same repetitive repeated frames? or you could kneel and take a drink from a pond, take a bath etc. If you guys could help point me to some cool mods as I asked above I'd be really grateful. I have 170 mods and am looking to add on some new immersive/cool mods. Something I'd really like is to have a dragon shoulder mount so if anyone knows something like that PLEASE TELL ME!

I'm using a retail version of Oblivion bought from Gamestop that isn't running on steam. I followed the readme instructions of just installing the specific files but still OBSE says it doesn't recognize the version of Oblivion I'm running. I checked and my current version is 1.2.0416. I don't understand why OBSE isn't launching at all, I'm going to continue to look but if there anything else you can do to help? I've also turned off some esp's and re-arranged them with boss to fix some issues.

Today I was modding my Oblivion gameplay when I ran into a couple of issues I wanted to check with the community. Firstly I wanted someone to look over my load order and make sure I didn't do something wrong. I've had experience with modding and added over 170 mods to my Skyrim gameplay but Oblivion seems to behave differently too mods LooT Log file I installed all those using the Nexus mod manager, the unique landscape was done using OBMMI'm getting a different first person view camera too that I don't like, what mod here alters first person camera? And finally I'd like to ask, when trying to run OBSE, it says that it doesn't know the verison I have. What's going on with that?I know how to install script extenders, I've done it with Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout NV. So do I need to update my Oblivion or something?

I was in Solstiem when I seen mind control spiders riding on people and wondered if there was an equip command to have the spider on my character like that. preferably without the face effect, but its ok I just wanna mess around a little. Another thing that came to mind is the thought; has anyone made any shoulder mounted mods yet? I'd like to have a pet riding on my characters shoulder, a bird, spider, small dragon even. Has anyone began working on this? It'd be totally bad ass to have a small dragon accompany me on my characters shoulder. Also while I'm here; sorry to add these lines in about mods my general question was the possibility of equipping mind control spiders; but what about a Dragon saddle mod? That adds packs/saddles to a dragon like Odahviing or any of your choosing so they can carry your equipment. I think it'd be cool to call Odahviing down to hold onto some of my items. Just an extra thought.
