Hitori001 Posted February 1, 2018 Share Posted February 1, 2018 I know this is ancient, but to anyone in the future who encounters this problem... If you're using NVSR, then in "sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover.ini" try changing bReplaceHeap to 1 and then iHeapAlgorithm to 2. It fixed this problem for me. 2 is a dynamic memory algorithm so it will adjust as needed and not get full (at least that's my understanding). Whatever the reason, my FPS no longer drops by 30% after playing for a little while. Took me weeks to solve so I figured I'd pass on the info.
