Midhrastic ENB looking weird

Hey folks, I have only recently started modding and I started on Fallout 3. I downloaded the Midhrastic ENB and followed the instructions but when I start the game up it looks very off. After I start it up an orange warning comes up at the top left saying something about it not supporting AA (which I think I disabled).

 

I can't upload a picture because the file size is too big but it looks very muddy and low res.

EDIT: I can't edit AA and HDR settings normally because when I launch the game it skips the launcher menu and goes straight to the game

Open your Fallout 3 directory and search for a .exe called FalloutLauncher.exe. Double-click it and you'll be presented with the launcher.

I tried that before creating the topic, didn't work.

I tried uninstalling it (removing all the ENB files) and for some reason the enbseries.ini file won't delete. I deleted it and started the game up but the EnB was still there, I closed the game and opened the directory back up and the file was back. Any ideas?

Remove d3d9.dll from your main Fallout 3 directory.

Oh right, I thought it was part of the Fallout 3 directory. Yeah that did it, thanks. The launcher menu still wont come up though.
