Game crashing when going outside.

I've had this problem before, but I fixed it somehow. Can't remember how. Anyway, it came back after installing the new MMM (along with the compability patch for FWE) and waiting 9 in-game days for the cells to reset. Now I can't enter any area with creatures (I.E outdoors) without the game crashing while it loads. Here's my load order:

And don't ask me to look for errors in FO3Edit because I don't know how the hell it works. It's too confusing.

I find that any mod that changes something in the wasteland cells (any of them), other than official DLC's will cause the game to crash, on save, on travel, anything.

 

You best bet is to remove all the mods that add anything to the wasteland, no matter how minor and create a clean save (start a new game).

 

I know its not the advice you were expecting, but it does come down to mods that change the wasteland, and from looking at your load order, theres quite a few.

Yet another bump. Also, I found out that even disabling all mods didn't work - I'm still getting a crash.

 

EDIT: It's working again... though I don't know why. I just typed "coc megatoncommonhouse" into the console, fast traveled to Rivet City, then saw that the marker for the Jefferson Memorial wasn't there. After trying to reach it (and giving up due to the super mutants that had respawned) I reloaded my earlier save and all of a sudden it worked.
