yeah def. low, that graphic card is hard on the limit to not playable (256 MB)

cpu is okay for enough fps, Ram is prolly a bit low (especially if you use Vista)

though i would stay away m Hi-res mods (really there is no point in hi-res textures when you run the game in low, for hi-res to make sense, you should at least be able to use high as a preset for the textures (which requires the medium preset at minimum))

if you don't care about how the water looks (its not all that pretty anyway) leave refractions/reflections alone and bump actor/object fade up, cause thats the most important feature (you do wanna see the enemy when you're not standing right infront of him right ?) (actor fade should at least be 5, or you have that red tick for enemy but won't see the enemy unless you're real close, so forget about being a sniper)

on the upside, you don't have to spend so many points on perception.

so to sum it up:

preset: low

actor fade: 7? (try it, otherwise reduce if needed)

object fade: 4-5 (not all that important, you won't spot items from far away, but if its around 4-5 you will see em when you are somewhat close)

remove all filtering (antialiasing & anisotronic filtering: none)

for some more fps: you can turn off shadows

if you want it too look a little nicer (and your fps allow it) increase the overall texture quality

and turn off everything that only makes the game look nicer but isn't important (like grass for example, you can set that fade to 1)

sadly there is no command that allows you to see the fps, so you would have to use external software or go with your gut feeling, if it feels slow and stuttery, reduce settings
