Unusual random lag.

Hello!

I've been experiencing lag I've never encountered before.
It's not caused by stuff loading, like terrain, NPCs, etc...I know how those lags look like.
This lag happens randomly, in dialogue, in pip boy, in interiors, exteriors, doesn't matter....and can last up to 5 seconds, and two or three such lags can happen in a row, so you're guessing, it's very annoying.
I'm playing on laptop, Core 2 Duo 2.26 GHz, 4 GB, 9600M GT 512 MB. Game is capped at 30 frames and is, more or less, stable.

I know it's quite a heavy modded game, but I played with same load order before and had no such lag.
My game is very stable, in more than 11 hour of gameplay, I had only one crash. I'm using NVAC, Stutter remover and ENBoost.

I did reinstalled windows 7 before reinstalling New Vegas, so that might have something to do with it, but I simply cannot figure out what it is.

Any help would be appreciated!

Turn dynavision off and see if that works.

Causes me to lag for no reason

Hey, thanks for the reply!
But I found out it happens in other games as well, no matter how low system req. are.

I seem to fix it and the cause of lag was one option that I enabled in Device manager > HDD > Properties > Policies > the second option was checked. Unchecking it seem to fix it.
