I dont know if it is called Skyrim or not but this is what i found

 

The next entry in the Elder Scrolls RPG series should come out in 2010, according to Bethesda’s Paul Oughton.

 

"At the moment we’ve got Fallout 3 for this year and potentially there’s a new Elder Scrolls title in 2010," Oughton told GamesIndustry.biz.

These are most rumors I know, I probably forgot about 10:

 

The most recent one: The new ES is possible set 200 years oblivion.

 

Names/lands.

Akaviir: As the neravarine got to it and some other leads also push towards the place. As Morrowind did for Oblivion, Oblivion might do for another.

Shadow Realm: It could take place at any land, but would be about the involvement of Azura once again. Probably outside of Tamriel though.

Skyrim: Exactly as I said, they've registered the name some while ago after the release of Oblivion.

Summerset Isle: I don't think this'll be it, but I've heard it once somewhere.

 

Then there are other rumors which say a couple of lands are involved. Either most of Tamriel or some lands beyond it.

 

Tes MMO: Everybody is glad that one is probably not going to happen, at least not as the direct follow-up for oblivion.
