wrye bash problem

hello everyone.... I need some help with wrye bash. Everytime that i start wrye bash up a large portion of my mods are unchecked. Since they are unchecked this is leading to my saves becoming red and ultimately messing up my game with my mods. If anyone knows what could possibly be wrong i will gladly listen and try to fix this. Thanks everyone.

Wrye uses a file called "plugins.txt" to control what mods are checked, if another program, (original game launcher, BOSS, TeSVEdit) is messing with it , could be it.

BUT ..all you need to do is go to the save tab....right click your save> "Load masters", This will check off all mods the save requires. Close Wrye to save the config.

You could ask in the Thread at Bethesda as they would be able to answer you as to the problem.

Are you using the Standalone version? or the Python version?

How i understand it....Wrye reads the plugins file that the game launcher creates, Wrye also saves this info in a DAT file. The installer tab also has a DAT file. How this all works is for the Dev's at Bethesda forums..lol. There is a thread for Wrye bash, and someone should know this problem.
