Stuck in the ground and can't move, yet new games work fine- Any Help?

So here's more to it:

I have a level 10 I believe character and have a plethora of mods installed, and I will be posting my loadorder and photos if needed. Now, when I try to load and save from this character, I'm stuck in the ground, I literally can't move. I tried "`" and "tcl", but all this does lets me move vertically, meaning I can't make any ground. I have tried opening my pip-boy but I cannot see it. I can't jump, run, crouch, go in 3rd person, nothing. I have tried loading earlier saves, nothing either. But, if I make a new character, that one is fine, which tells me it's something with this character. Please comment if you need screenshots or load-orders, and thank you for any help

Try teleporting yourself to another location. For this, try using another NPC's location. For example: "player.moveto 0010d8eb" will move you to Arcade Gannon's current location.

Nothing. Still stuck halfway in the ground. I tried other NPCs as well, and I also tried "coc goodsprings", nothing either.

Okay, this is happening to me. Exactly as OP said. Anyone have any ideas?

Save and then blow yourself up, get a grenade and drop it at your feet, if you haven't got a grenade open the console and enter Player.additem 00004330 10, that'll give you 10. The game should autoload that save and with any luck any weirdness attached to your character might be gone.

Has anybody figured this out? It just happened to me and the suggested fix (blow myself) didn't work.

I disabled all mods, tcl'ed, coc'ed, loaded previous saves...nothing works.

When I tcl, I can go straight up and down and nowhere else.

I would try showracemenu and change race (with a vanilla race)

Same problem happened when trying to remove fallout character overhaul so its a race problem I would use show race menu but that will disable all your perks and skills really sucks.

naaa, don't worry. If my solution with changing race via showracemenu works, then reload your save, open console and simply write

PRID 14

SetNpcHeight 1

 

done and done
