As for the quests, I'm more than happy to help in the concept writing--If someone could hook me up with a quest scripter, I'm sure it would go quite well. Just make a little quest space and do some BS mini quests for testing purposes. I believe that the first order of business should be the landmass/regions/exteriors/buildings/interiors, all that bit, THEN worry about quests. I AM in the possession of Morrowind and am more than happy to run through that to give screen shots and info if you guys still need any of that. Only kazaazak can really say if it's dead or not, though; this IS his idea. In the event that this HAS died, I vote that you attention is given to the guys that are working on the... Hidden Garden, or something like that--it's another Morrowind project, though it doesn't really include much or Morrowind, unless I'm mistaken. I'm sure this "team" could change that.
