Cardboard Box
Once upon a time, someone was reading a compilation of Japanese SF. One of the stories was an allegory of life as seen from the viewpoint of a... Besides, I always seem to feel unful-filled.
Chooba
I am choobaine prophet. I designed a race of bovine/human creatures named choobaine. They hold strength and wisdom as their best attributes and live in freezing weather. I see myself as one of them, ^ ^ they are after all based on me. And i created them, so I thought, hey Choobaine Prophet. i brought them to the masses! I now use choobaine or chooba at every opportunity for a name cause my real name is just too embarrasing! Darkh Templar
Darkh Templar...Ahem, where to begin? The Templar part comes from the Knights of the Temple, or Templars, (doh) an order of "holy" warriors that were founded in Jerusalem after it was taken by European armies. (But you already knew that. Right? Right?! Oh, God! PLEASE TELL ME YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT!). Since Templars were basicly the only European warriors that the Arabs feared, it seemed quite obvious to me that I should use their name as part of mine. Why obviously, you ask? Well, not only am I Catholic was I Catholic, but I also have an interest in swords. Real, steel, sharp and pointy swords. Which I often use to...eh... practice with. Yes, practice with. On...eh... pillars. Yes, pillars. Just pillars. Big peices of wood stuck in the ground. Nobody tied to them with chains of anything similar. Nope. Just pillars. And there is also that templar helmet replica I used to have. Right before it acted as a conductor for that unfortunate lightning strike. And the Darkh part? Well, I often get dark, evilish thoughts. Some would say they're not quite...normal. Heh, heh, heh. The dark side of human nature...an interesting thing indeed... Keael
Mine is just my cat's name, but the letters are rearranged. I recently lost him, I don't know what happened. He just went outside one day and never came home.
phawk69
T'skar was a Drow Mage/Thief, chaotic neutral, and the first AD&D character I REALLY role playered. We had a killer DM, as in one who thought it was fun to have us make new characters every two days or so. T'skar, being a dual class, had very low starting hit points and was always on the edge of death, but he was the one where I learned the truth of RPing, you don't have to run headlong into everything you see and try to kill it :) He has had many incarnations since, almost always thief/mage, but most recently assassin in Morrowind (by the way, I LOVE the ability to hone ANY skill in that game, and bring all up to 100 :) It has been great fun). I like the combination - magic when you need it, but the ability to pick locks and detect traps mundanely to save on magic. Also as a thief he can hide in shadows to save his skinny little backside :) The chaotic neutral came in because I find it hard to play a truely evil character, but that is the only way to use posion - so I chose an alignment that was pure chaos - no rules just whims :) this is much more ME :) Now, he is a she (not me, but T'skar) in a new thread, and we will see how that goes :) It really feels right, and for a long term play I don't want to have to go with something new and try and figure that new character out. As for why it's my user name - when the DM killed that character, it was the first time I really got pissed, and threw something at him :) So T'skar is me :) Sorry to hear about your cat :(

I got to 100 in my post, and it wouldn't let me use any more :) So sorry, will try to tone it down in the future ;)
Baraka
:D :P  :) ;) 8) :P :D   ;D :excl: :excl: :excl: Tee Hee.... I am a happy person too. Actually I am a dog - a white ghost hound from the high hills of High Rock, Tamriel who can turn intp a snow-wolf at his master, Justun F. Thymes, thought command. I find it interesting that throughout the entire RP thread of The Fallen Statue, not one person complained of being addressed by a dog & in fact, people began petting me, throwing me meaty morsels & bones and even talking to me mentally in my own houwnd langwage...terrific!! And Malchik provided Magik Dog Biscuits as part of our survival kit in the tunnels below the Fallen Statue base. The actual meaning of my name *Baraka Ehud* is spelled out in my siggy. Barka-Bark!!! Have a good day!!
karkarinus
I'm feelin' all self conscious now you've asked that! Anyway "Karkarinus" is the Karlified version of the latin Carcharhinus "shark". My name's Karl and I've a big shark tattoo. There. I said it.
