Hidding Activity/Updates on Nexus Profile

I couldn't find anything about this topic, but I was curious as to how can one make the update/activity tab on your Nexus profile (non-forum) hidden. I can't seem to find an option for it. My apologies for such a noob question. And just in case someone is confused about what I am talk about, image below shows it.

Go to your non-forum profile page.

Click on your username account link at the top right

Select 'Edit preferences' from the drop down

Go to the 'Your feeds preferences' section

Find 'Disable activity tab on your profile' option

Select 'yes' to hide

Select 'no' to display

Scroll to the bottom and press the 'submit' button
