Elemental Weapon Animation changes

I would like a mod that either...

 

A: Removes the firey, electrical, icy, ect. Animations from weapons while retaining the elemental damage.

 

Or

 

B: A mod that makes the elemental animations appear only after the weapon is drawn in combat, when it is sheathed it looks normal.

 

Or the one I would prefer the most.

 

C :A mod to make the elemental effects appear for a short burst every 10 seconds or so. For example. You know how Aodh the axe in Denerim has a fire animation around it all the time. Well I would like a mod that makes that fire animation have like a 10 second timer and every 10 seconds it has this little burst of fire for a moment then returns to normal.

 

I be appreciative of anyone that could do any of these 3. :)
