LE Lakeview Manor Basement Display Hall

Hey everyone, first time posting on the forums so pardon any mistakes.

 

So we've all seen that bare space in the Lakeview Manor basement where we can put the vampire coffin. There's a mod out there that adds an extra room with 8 beds past that wall but I was wondering if anyone could put a display hall instead. A room to display dragon priest masks, elder scrolls, black books, paragons and daedric artifacts.

Question, why not just get one of the better house mods? The hearthfire DLC came so late that the only thing it did was just give house modders new assets to work with. The houses they give aren't even worth much notice IMO.

That's a very good question and believe me I've tried. While there are so many good house mods that are simple and elegant out there, I particularly love the feel of my Lakeview Manor and I want the additions made specifically to it. I tried the mod that adds DP busts to the entryway of Lakeview Manor but it just wasn't right. Hence why I want a basement mod. :smile:

Have you tried the latest version of Elysium Estate?

I downloaded Elysium Estate right after posting this on the forums. While it was great, I preferred the toned down version of Lakeview more. I don't need labelled containers or auto storage. Just a small trophy hall.

 

What I'm looking for is something like "Breezehome Basement Trophy Room" by Arieswind except for Lakeview Manor.

So I'm looking for a mod like that except for lakeview.

I've been looking for exactly the same thing... I want to use Lakeview as my base of operations because there's too many errors that come with moving families into the non-standard homes. Such as the children living in homes like Elysium Estate won't ask to keep dogs if you bring them home. Lakeview + Lakeview Extended makes everything perfect. It's only lacking the displays... the basement would be a perfect place to set this up in. Someone please... add a display room to the Lakeview basemen! I'm currently planning a 100% (or as close as is possible) playthrough of Skyrim... Planning to collect all the Daedric Artifacts, Claws, Masks, etc... but I need a simple/elegant place to display them. Something exactly like the Elysium Estate basement displays would be perfect.

Anyone want to take this up? There's lots of housing mods out the with displays like these, but Lakeview which is one of the most popular player houses, doesn't have one.

I'm currently working on a Hearthfire style 'build your own home' mod. It has custom displays for Masks, claw and Daedric artifacts. Once I've finished, I could probably use the scripts to create displays in the lakeview basement.
