I honestly cannot tell you what to do about the papyrus tweaks. I, personally, do not run many script heavy mods and leave the papyrus settings at default except for logging. Trying it, is up to you. Systematic increments and testing would be preferable to random large numbers.

I'd recommend these settings for your papyrus tweaks:

 

fUpdateBudgetMS=1.2
fExtraTaskletBudgetMS=1.2
fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0
iMinMemoryPageSize=128
iMaxMemoryPageSize=512
iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=76800

 

What you have is slight overkill.

The mod responsible for this sheathe/unsheath lag is Real Undies Dress or Undress (Vanilla CBBE UNP TBBP) by hex0id - it was in my case.

Got the same issue turn out it s Equiping Overhaul & Dual Sheat Redux are incompatible or anything like that

I've got the same problem! Could anyone know how to fix it? It's really annoying everytime i loot death bodies, open inventory it'll freezer for a moment.

hello there i have the same issue but i am using fallout 4 looting system which is not lagging i can take things from everywhere but for trowing something i must use skiui .
