Alright, I know that literally every single person in the world posts a thread about this like every 5 minutes, but I'm on my last leg here. No matter what I do, I just cannot get the game stable. It crashes in Good Springs every 4 minutes (or if I open a container) but the game loads up fine and I get a very solid FPS. I started a new game, because I haven't played in months. I haven't downloaded anything besides Millenia's weapon pack because before I had all of the separate addons. Oh yeah, and I did download the patch from CalibrX for Millenia's weapon pack. I used BOSS and FNVedit doesn't detect any conflicts. If anyone sees something wrong with my load order or if I'm missing something, it'd be much appreciated. I noticed I have a pretty lengthy mod number, but I've had way over 200 before I downsized.

With your load order and not having any conflicts with FNVEdit, you did not use FNVEdit properly. Just reading your load list, I can see conflicts. This is not a bad thing, because conflicts are part of adding mods. However, there are times when the conflicts will cause a game to crash. Also, unless you have mods with an .esp extension, but an .esm file header, you have some misplaced mods.
