Consol command to bring a NPC to you?

Can anyone tell me the consol command to bring a NPC to you? I could not find Lucy West so I used the consol command “player.moveto 00003b5b” (the number is Lucy’s Ref Id) and was moved to her, but she is in stuck in some inaccessible place. So is there a consol command to bring her back out of place.

Try PlaceAtMe instead of MoveTo.

Thanks that worked using the Base Id, I stated off using the Ref Id and that didn’t work, it said “Invalid Object Id”. I tried so I tried the Base Id just for kicks and it worked.

I’ve since found that “player.placeatme” doubles up on the characters, so maybe that is not a good idea, is there a command that move the character from one place to another, not creating a new character?
