BlitzedDragon
Hello, and thanks in advance to any who reply, I have recently began installing mods, taking my time not to mess anything up. Since Installed certain mods my trees tend to float at a certain distance then when I get closer the turn into a larger lush tree. obviously this is ruining the immersion of this game with my terrain constantly flitting about. I have tried deleting all the files in my terrain folder, with no success. Any other help would be appreciated. http://imgur.com/coau9hk,MnO303H#1 If you require any more info just ask. Thanks again. EgoAltar
If it's because you've got Bigger Trees, then you'll probably want this: AOF HD Tree LOD.If that doesn't fix your problem (it did for me), then check out the discussions for any tree/plant related mods you've dl'ed recently. Members are often very good at troubleshooting for each other and making suggestions.Good Luck.

Nick75
This happens when you have the wrong lod tree atlas file (tamrieltreelod.dds) in the Skyrim/data/textures/terrain/tamriel/trees folder. Mods that add brand new tree types or alter vanilla tree lod will overwrite this file, as they need to use a new tree atlas which will include the new tree lods. You just need to make sure you're using the correct tree lod atlas for whatever trees you're currently using. Also, note that only one lod tree atlas can be used for the Tamriel worldspace at any given time, so just check that you don't have multiple tree mods (that aren't made to be compatible with one another) that each provided their own lod tree atlas.
