  1. Having played Morrowind (Vivec) and Oblivion (Imperial City), I remember wandering around Whiterun after my encounter with Nazeem, looking for the legendary Cloud District. I didn't realize that he was actually asking, "Have you ever gone up these steps?"
  2. Did you change your monitor resolution, by chance?
  3. Not sure about the icicle projectile, but I successfully changed the illusion projectile and hand glow to purple on a mod spell before. I think that's the right way to do it.
  4. Even though this wasn't a problem I had, I wanted to pop in and thank you for posting the solution. Nothing is more frustrating than searching for an issue, finding a thread, and a post saying "NVM I fixed it!" with no explanation. Kudos to you.
  5. Have you tried the "sexchange" console command?
  6. I would be all-in on a backup dancer mod of any type.
  7. It seems like your aesthetic aligns with mine for the most part. I will suggest: Girl's Heavy Armor Gigaduex ZZJay's Wardrobe
  8. It may not be a mod, but some magic effect that never got unflagged from your character. You may want to open the console and try "player.dispellallspells"
  9. There's a Mod for FO4 called Immersive Facial Animations that does what you describe, but does so by modifying the .tri files. I don't think that it's possible by just changing settings, but would be happy to be wrong about that.
  10. If the T'Skyrim mod only affects Riverwood, could you use SSEdit to change the file header on T'Skyrim making JK's Riverwood the master instead of JK's Skyrim?
  11. You can try this: Civil War F off I've used it successfully and my game didn't explode. Was able to proceed with capturing Odahving.
  12. Kudos to you for posting how you fixed it. I do not have this particular problem, but so many times I've googled a solution, only to be led to a thread where someone describes the exact problem I'm having, only to follow up with a post that says, "nvm fixed." Someday, this will help someone else.
  13. One thing you may want to try as a temporary work-around: When in the character creation menu, choose Argonian, then switch to female, then switch race back to Nord, Breton, etc. This was suggested to me years ago on LE, and it worked at the time.
  14. It looks a bit like Gigaduex by ZapgiL. But there are some differences. Maybe it's a combination of mods. Regardless, the sets I linked have a similar aesthetic.
  15. Looks like it's a weird image in the god-rays of whatever ENB you're using.
  16. Use Nif Optimizer to convert the exported .nif and the one in facegendata to LE (Headparts, Smooth Normals ONLY!). Then you can use NifMerge. Convert back to SE with Optimizer
  17. Jusdtinglen75 summarizes it pretty well in this thread
  18. Also, from the IA page: The load order after activating the two .esp files is : Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.esp Hothtrooper44_ArmorCompilation.esp
  19. Whichever start you choose, the main quest does not begin until you go to Helgen. There, you will witness Alduin attacking and a found journal will direct you to a few options to continue the Quest. Prior to that, no Dragons are "awake." Even if you find the Dragon Stone in Bleak Falls Barrow, there will be no dialogue options to give it to Farengar if Helgen has not been visited first. You are not stopped at the gates of Whiterun unless dragon attacks (Alduin) have begun. If playing the Civil War, the exchange of axes between Ulfric and Balgruuf can only occur if the main quest is active. Helgen only exists in the destroyed state, as the first time you approach, you see Alduin flying away. Word walls will still give you the words, but without souls to unlock them, your shout menu stays inactive. As long as you avoid Helgen, your character can advance pretty far (if not all the way) through most faction quests- the only hint of there being anything special about them is the weird chanting they hear and the accompanying lightshow near certain Nordic walls.
  20. You're not supposed to be in 3rd person at that point. Everybody looks like that in 3rd person until you get your hands unbound in the Helgen start, whether vanilla or modded. Your "problem" is whatever mod is letting you see yourself in 3rd person there.
  21. You have to use the Export Head function in Racemenu. This will put a head .nif and facetint .dds in your Data > SKSE > Plugins > Chargen folder. Open Data > Textures > Actors > Character > Facegen > Facetint > *YourCharacterName*.esp and replace the .dds file there with the one you exported. You must change the name of the file to match the one you are replacing. Keep a copy of the new .dds somewhere, because you will have to do this everytime you make adjustments to your character in the CK.
  22. There's the Heterochromia Mod. You could replace one of the default textures with your chosen glowing texture. There's a different version by another author here, though I have never tried it. A good place to start, anyway.
