Hi again, Purr4me. Here's my load order as requested. I've only recently started modding, so it's not too many mods. Everything is working smoothly, except the pipboy scrolling too fast issue. Thanks for taking a look.

@jalmodov

Start by correcting your load order.

Fallout

Anchorage

ThePitt

StreetLights

BrokenSteel

PointLookout

Zeta

Arrange the multiple plugins in the same order.

Place Fellout lower, usually last in the load order with Fellout-pipboylight first.

Thanks a lot M48A5!. I moved the Fellout light to the top of the list of the Fellout plugins and I think that did it! I kept the RH Ironsights above the Broken Steel esm, as recommended in the Ironsights description (at least I think that's where I read it). I also kept the Fellout plug ins above the Ironsights plugins, since the Ironsights description recommends that you load them as late as possible. After your suggestion though, I decided to take the next step in my modding education and I installed LOOT. It didn't recommend any changes to my order (after I had moved the Fellout light plugin), so I didn't change anything else. It does say that I have some dirty plug ins that I shoud clean up with FO3edit. That will be my next lesson.

So far, so good. The scrolling is much more normal now, although still a little fast. Of course, that could change again. I verified that mouse acceleration is turned off in the ini. I'll update this post if the problem returns. And if anybody has any other tips, I'll gladly listen. The menus are still a little fast, but totally playable. Thanks again for your help!
