You haven't installed meshes folder correctly...

Mods like this typically consist of three parts, the whatever.esp file that you enable though the Data Files menu.

The other two parts are the meshes and textures. These are contained within folders of the same names. Select these, copy them, and then past them into the Data folder. Windows will warn you that these folders already exist. Don't worry, this will not overwrite anything; Windows will merge the folders, adding the new content from the mod.

This one? http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17063

It's 'blocked from view by author' so maybe there's some problem and it's being fixed now.

OK, I had downloaded this a while ago, but had never installed it, so I fired it up to see what would happen. I had no problems. OMG! It is so beautiful! I'm going to head over and give it my endorsement as soon as I finish this!

If this is the Lich King armor you are referring to:

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22821

Then there is an OMOD vesion available (Oblivion Mod Manager):

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22822

When people are having troubles installig Mods, Oblivion Mod Manager is highly recommended.

If your character is invisible when you put on armor that means the mesh is not where the .esp is expecting it to be. These things are VERY specific. You have to put it EXACTLY where Oblivion thinks it is going to be.

In this case \data\meshes\armor\jojjo. If you look in that folder and there are no meshes, then that is your problem. If there is no folder with this exact path, then that is your problem.

Please note that the textures also follow the same path, same deal. \data\textures\armor\jojjo.
