Like stacked effects and such. I've seen one mod that with it had two new sigils but im wondering if anyone out there can put out a bigger Rune Mod Pack. But (as stated in the comments on that page) I can't seem to make the mod work. I install it and I see no runes on loot, merchants or my bags.
