DavidBudreck
Try putting something else next to the crates, like a barrel or chest to see if they appear where you expect them. Try putting them in the little rowboat or on the dock itself. The location in the world of some containers is saved in game, thereby resisting any movement changes until the cell resets. Some of my chests do this; I'm sure there is a specific reason why some containers can be moved at will, while others need a cell reset to appear in a new loaction. So try deleting the crates and re-placing them by hand.

DavidBudreck
You need to be a little more specific. What error?
LegoManIAm94
ModelLoader still has 2 NIF files. Continue Playing?"Yes to all" will disable all Warnings this session. Then you can either click Yes, No, Yes to all. I always get this when I exit the construction set. I do save the mod before exiting the construction set.
