New Hairstyles

I'm curious, why has nobody done this so far? I find the default hairstyles to be very, very ugly. (With the exception of Alistar's hair, it's the only one I like so far.)

As far as I am aware the tools to convert meshes back into the file type that DA:O uses isn't available yet.

so do you know if the tools will be out for modders soon?

I can't hardly wait, i'm still waiting new hairstyles before starting a new game

NewByPower is currently working on a blender plugin, which hopefully have this feature. There is another way to import/export but for what ever reason it dosnt work for me. links below for the tutorial maybe someone else will have better luck, if so please tell me the results I would love to know what I am doing wrong.

Depends on what you're trying to export.

As far as i know any static objects will do the job just fine (use the viewscene to check the fbx/mmh file that you get).

But no matter how i try to export armor, whether it be the original bioware meshes or custom ones, it just doesn't seem willing to export, the skeleton comes out, but thats the only thing that does.

Where are you stuck at?
