  1. That's not helpful since they had their account deleted. Any idea how to get in touch with them? I checked on Bethesda mods page and found 4 mods by putting his name in the search box. Unless you're on xbox or ps4 they probably won't help, although you might be able to contact this person there. Thank you, I will check that site. Update: Does not appear to be the same person on there, they just ported his mods over and sadly I do not see the mod I am hen you have two options that are available. looking for on there either  Then there are several available options, Workshop Connected Containers, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35440 ,Connected Containers, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27437 and Global Stash (Connect all Workshops and Workbenches) by SKK, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41511 . I have used mods from SKK before, he's pretty dependable with keeping his mods working, and he has a lot of them out there. Thanks for the suggestions, but unfortunately none do quite what I'd like. The mod that was deleted connected workbenches per area, so like workbenches in Fort Hagen were connected to each other, but not to the Fort Hagen Red Rocket Station for example. Minor thing I know but I guess I liked the middle ground between vanilla and convenience without feeling "cheaty" which is what the global stash system feels to me (and yeah, it's just a personal preference, not actually cheaty).
  2. That's not helpful since they had their account deleted.yes it is, it gives you your answer. If you cannot make contact the answer defaults to "No" No kidding. How would I have ever figured this out without your smart ass reply? If you can't help why bother replying? I didn't ask for anyone to upload the author's mod without permission, only for help. Either locating the author for contact or another place where the author had uploaded the file that was still available would suffice. actually, you did ask that in your first post. No, I didn't. I said "cast resurrection" which is just a playful way of saying help me find it, or if that fails find a way to contact the author.

  5. I wish that could be true, I really do.
  6. I know others have looked for mods by this user for CC settlements but I haven't seen a request for this mod by Onnipajumaki. I would prefer to use this mod over another just because of previous experience with it. So if anyone can cast resurrection on this mod I would be most appreciative.
  7. I could really use that mod myself, if you don't mind. Edit: Managed to do it myself, for anyone who needs it done I'll go ahead and post mine. It's https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35926/ if you need it.
  8. Update: As of right now the game has been stable. I have re-enabled Nuclear Reloaded and Grasslands and have had no crashes yet, been playing for several hours now with no issues. I'm not sure what was causing my problems the other day. Looking at the save file size it appears to be normal to me. It's hard to say, I've got some saves from months ago that are about the same size, slightly bigger, but much more finished with the game. I'm not sure if the current play through is unusually large for its progress or not, but the file is about 12,600 kb in size.

With Nuclear Reloaded uninstalled I was able to access to the O'Neill Family Manufacturing area but not the other areas. With grasslands uninstalled no areas were fixed. Unfortunately I don't think Nuclear Reloaded is being maintained anymore and the author was banned from the nexus a couple years ago so I will have to try and manually fix any problems with it myself. Advice on how to do that would be appreciated, as well as any help finding other culprits that might be bugging the areas out that aren't immediately obvious.
  10. Yeah since posting I've tried disabling both Nuclear Reloaded and Grasslands, still getting random CTDs. Hard to pinpoint frequency of them, sometimes it happens within 10 minutes other tiimes it's good for a couple hours.
  11. Seems to happen most often in exterior cells and sometimes on auto reload of a save. Any help would be appreciated. Quick edit: This is all a pretty fresh install that I did two days ago. Haven't played the game in a long while so started fresh and reinstalled all mods with Vortex mod manager. Honestly speaking I have fewer mods running this time than I use to, and most of these have been used previously with no issue. 12. Hey guys! I really love the 50's style of clothes from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20105; when I saw the original poster used I fell in love with the outfit but sadly the author never finished (or at least released) a Zatanna style outfit. I'm hoping there's a talented author out there who shares my interest in such an outfit and is capable of making it. I've used the bunny outfit mod as a base but could never find a proper jacket to wear with it to really capture the look I wanted, so really I'd be happy with either a full Zatanna outfit or just a nice tuxedo jacket with a reasonable tail length. I think a decent base even exists in the magician's tuxedo but I don't really know how to do mash ups and retexture the jacket so its clean and sharp looking. http://www.justsayah.com/Images/Category_2/subcat_1149/Zatanna_11_web.jpg
  13. Agreed, the modders are not to blame, and so much hate was thrown their way and I don't think that was deserved. For me, this was never about paying modders for modding, it was about what it could lead to in the near future if it had been successful. I'm talking about Bethesda only allowing paid mods to protect a revenue stream. Not going to say most of the hate towards modders was warranted, especially to the degree in which it was given, but I will say that some individuals *cough*SkyUI guys*cough* really showed their true colors when money was in sight and frankly I think they deserve some hate for throwing the community under the buss in some of their posts.
  14. As I recall (it's been months since I last installed face textures) I use Better Females by Bella with the Less Makeup Version. Here's an example of my Breton with CBBE v3 and Bella's face textures: Bella's Mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2812 I haven't tried it yet since I'm happy with what I have now but this might be worth checking out: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17704
  15. I don't know about TESsnip but I know how to do it with SkyEdit. Basically you need to make a second crafting recipe, assign it to either the workbench or grinding stone, assign an item cost for the upgrade, and choose your basic item that you want it to upgrade. The rest of the values I just copied from existing recipes and it worked fine.
  16. Thanks for the info! Grabbed TesVSnip and fixed the issue in less than a minute. That was surprisingly easy.
  17. I'm having similar issues. When I made my new custom shield it did not display in the inventory window or on the ground when I dropped it, but when equipped it displayed normally. When I use the same mesh/textures to replace an existing shield (for example Spellbreaker) then it works just fine. Any help would be appreciated.
  18. Please delete - Issue was resolved. (If I'm blind and there's a way to delete posts on my own, please let me know.)
  19. Alright, excuse me if this is a stupid question since I'm new to nifskope, but I'm trying to learn. I want to port over a shield from Oblivion and I've gotten the mesh imported over a skyrim shield, but I'm not sure the UV data carried over. When I right click the mesh and go to texture>edit UV it says "Could not load texture data for UV editor." I'm at a loss for what to do.
  20. My problem with the crafting system as it stands is that it doesn't take exploiting alchemy and enchanting to get insane items. One thing I didn't mention in my other post would be limiting fortify enchants. Currently you can enchant rings, necklaces, gloves, and boots with enchants like Fortify One-handed or Fortify Two-handed which when combined with the smithing improvements make for insane weapons. Changing these fortify buffs to only use the highest one rather than stacking with each other would help bring down the power of enchanting. Currently I'm playing through on Master with no smithing/enchanting/alchemy and it's going well, and finding random enchanted items is rewarding now.
  21. For me, I develop much more of a connection with the female characters I make than I do the males, but I occasionally play one (male orc, for example). When I play as a male I just feel like a stereotypical hero, no one special. When I play a female character I care more about her; what it must be like to be a female in a setting like Skyrim, how difficult it must be to get the male characters to show respect for your abilities. And nothing feels as satisfying as laying the smack down on beefy bandits and scaly dragons as a female, considering the stereotypical heroes are always men.
  22. The one from the ground floor to the archmage's quarters could just be a taller spiral stair o.O
  23. To fix the crafting skills I think you need to first look at why they are so strong to begin with. The quest rewards and dungeon drops fall way short of what you can make, even when not using a potion to increase the effects. I think the best way to go about it is to do a mix of increasing the power of rewards you get from quests (particularly artifacts) and changing how you level up the crafting skills. Of the three, I think Alchemy is the closest to being balanced, it takes a lot more effort to level it than enchanting or smithing does, and the skill increases are based on the value of the potion you brew. Take that same concept and apply it to enchanting and smithing: make petty souls count far less past skill level 30, and make iron/leather/fur/hide work the same way. By doing this I think you increase the desire to explore dungeons and do quests and at the same time make it harder to reach the pinnacle of crafting. I would also look at lowering the bonus that smithing gives when improving your gear (currently I have two daedric swords that do 125 damage). As it is right now, there is only one dungeon and one quest reward that I view as worth getting and those are purely to power enchanting. Once I have both items I don't ever look at other rewards because I don't need them.
