hoofhearted4 Posted May 6, 2014 Share Posted May 6, 2014 Assuming you have Windows 7: Start > Computer > (Right Click) Manage > Device Manager > Display Adapters > (Right Click) Intell HD Graphics 4000 > Disable. VictoryStatus47 Posted July 10, 2014 Share Posted July 10, 2014 My computer keeps telling me that I am "Unable to get write permission for: C:\Program files (86)\MSXML 4.0\Fallout New Vegas" I really am having trouble with this. Every time I try to open the Mod Manger it gives me the "Error" with the statement above. Somebody please help, I really wanna start modding New Vegas.
