Laser
For the fightersgiuld I have to go to Dagon Fel and help someone kill necromancers or somthing similar to that. I cant find the person! I looked all over in the small place but there is no one by the name of Somthing "H"somthing. I found a tower and killed a necromancer named Roven or somthing, is that it? Bah, I hate this! Reputation, what deos it do? How high can it go? I only got a 1, and it took me a while to get it to. What is the max number of attribute pionts I can have? 100? Cuz at lvl 8 I'm at 97ish Personality, and I havn't done much in the game. Can it be riased above 100?Skills, can they go above 100?levels, can they go above 100? In the fighters giuld, do the later missions have a lot of "Go kill these impossably hard people" kinda things? Cuz as you can probly tell I'm a lover not a hater. With close to a personality 100 and my Agility quickly rising I've little time for strength.
Draconium
I'm a mage myself, so i can't help you on the top one. Reputation is how much people 'know you', but really its the percentage of the game completed. 100 is the general ending point, unless you get a level cap mod. Nor can I help you with the bottom. Marxist ßastard
Reputation is modified after certain "important" quests. It is not, by any means, a percentage, as certain quests give you +20 reputation, while others give you absolutely nothing.
HornedReaperMJL
Okay stats Max out at 100 and so do skills the only way to increase them after that is to equip items that add to them. That quest for the fighters guild i havent done in a while but i beleive there are some very good guides for the fighters guide on this site GameFAQ's hopefully you'll find the info you need there. And the answer to your last question is YES the fighters guild has practically all fighting quests  wow suprising aint it lol and as things go on they do get tougher. There isnt really any kind of guilds that support non violent resolutions except maybe the thieves guild but thats a dishonest sort. Reputation as far as i can tell has no cap and i think it was suppose to raise your worldy deposition in other words it raises your deposition with ALL NPC's in the world i'm not sure about that but i'm pretty sure it raises the deposition of at least some NPC's. Hope some of this helps.
Laser
cap at 100? That sucks. Then I can raise every thing to 100 and be a god without cheating. Stuuuu-piddd...

HornedReaperMJL
You wont be no god even with maxed out stats and skills believe me it all depends on your gear :P but then again i guess you could run around naked and still be almost a god. It depends what enemies you come across and how hard the difficulty setting is up since my characters are getting too easy i might beef the difficulty or check out that giants mod everybody talks about. either way theres still plenty of ways to give you a challenge even with maxed out stat skills as long as your not cheating
Laser
If by removing the caps of the stuff, thats not unbalincing the game is it? cuz the more pionts you put on say strength the less you can put on luck or what ever. Self balancing, right?
Darmoth
Well if you want to, there is a Mod which removes all caps. I think it was on this sight, I could be wrong... But I don't use it because it makes the level progression much much slower... which is something I don't really want seeing as I've already beat the game once and I don't feel the need to take the same amount of time to level up a new character. DreamOfTheRood
Without giving away too many spoilers, you need to be at a Telvanni station called Vas, and you're looking for a chick in white chitin armor. Once inside, you'll realize that she's completely worthless. All she does is summon Ancestral Ghosts, which just get in your way when you're fighting off those Daedra on the inside. However, don't let her die. Percius Mercius, the man who gave you this particular quest, will be royally peeved if you let her die.
