Lisnpuppy
Esha went into the bedroom and gently laid the boy in the bed. COming back out she spoke, "I believe he will be just as safe here...after all he appears...indestructable...and I do not wish to have him slow up down." She then looked toward the others with her wrist-blades drawn...
Malchik
OOC> When doing the RPG if you have an idea it's best to put 'X attempts to do something' and wait to be told if it works. For example you may say 'Ritz uses her dagger to see if she can scratch an arrow mark into the floor' and so on. That way it stays in character and I can reply in character. I will reply as if you HAD put your suggestions as actions rather than OOC questions. Feel free to edit your posts if you wish. Don't forget you can also make joint plans via the Drunken Alligator thread. In character Druce's attempts to use magic to mark the way appear to work but then there is much stronger magic at work here and he knows he cannot be certain this method may not fail at a crucial moment. Ritz finds that marking the floor is possible although slow but she cannot mark the walls, the dagger simply slips off the surface. You notice that the tunnels are wide enough to walk side by side although other arrangements are equally easy. Mac has organised you on the basis that Eshe carries the boy. He realises that without the boy you are probably safer and he can redeploy the 'troops' should he so choose if the boy is not there. Eshe has the boy and has to decide what to do with him. Logically if he has lived in the manor for many years he is presumably safe there. It will take only a matter of seconds to put him back inside. Alternatively she can put him down at the bottom of the stairs. While considering the various strategies, everyone checks their packs for light sources to discover...? IndorilTheGreat
Druce pulls a small crystal orb orb out of his rucksack. He places it in a space at the end of his staff. He mutters a small incantation, and taps the staff on the stone floor. The orb lights up, casting a holy aura within a small radius. "This was given to me by my mentor," Druce says. "He said, 'If you ever feel afraid, this will provide you with light and hope.' It acts within a small radius, but if we all huddle together, we can all stay in the dome" he continues. macmert
"I think this might help..." Mac takes a look at his pack and produces a paper and a pen..."I will try to map put the place as we go...Lets put the boy back to his bed, since he is invulnerable, we can t use it as leverage if something happens to us... I still suspect the parents may be involved but one can never be sure..." Mac takes out a blank paper and marks the bottom part of the paper as the starting point, he draws lines and turns as the party moves on... Deleted269910User
"This looks good, now let's move on shall we? The faster we solve this, the better."; Ritz replies and starts slowly walking towards the first left turn. (OOC-->Time to start seeing what's up ahead.) Lisnpuppy
"I believe we should be going...however I believe that perhaps Mac shold take the lead and Ritz at the end if she plans to use her bow..if not the either. I will go second and Druce can be after me." Saying this she also looks to the left and attempts to cast her small but useful Witchlight spell to assist with their seeing. If cast properly it would last until uncast or she was unconscious...and it would follow long her at close proximity...
Deleted269910User
"The corridor is rather narrow, so I can't utilize the bow here as well as I could on a more open space, so my fighting capability with bow is pretty much the same as in melee range on this type of area. Doesn't matter to me really, I can fight either way.";Ritz replies to Esha.
