I'm desperately trying to download the toolset but I can't do it from the official site, it never responds. I see there used to be a mirror here but it's broken now. Is there any chance someone could put up another mirror? Especially now that the BSN is disappearing.

The toolset (and associated files) can be downloaded via the official Toolset Wiki, from BioWare's Content Delivery Network. Use the 'CDN' links, not the 'BSN' ones.
