NovaZek
Hello.Has anybody few hints about which mod adds the best "HD" effect or something like that? There are few mods which improves the texture quality of the objects on a higher lvl. Which also looks awesome without droping the FPS! Like those "HGEC" then updated with the "GHEC High Res" etc. like those compilations.Anyone an idea where those mods are? Or how they get called? Please post any mod which makes the "blure and pixel" texture to an awesome "high definition" feeling.Even setting Anti Aliasing 8x doesn't changes anything, just the render changes a bit, for nothing. Thanks in advance. -D.K.
Slawter500
Quarls Texture Pack Upgrades the textures of many many things in Oblivion. Doesn't hit my FPS to hard. However if you are looking for a graphic overhaul mod try Streamline which overall imrpoves FPS.

bben46
Warning on streamlineIt is NOT intended to improve graphics, but FPS. It actually trades graphic effects for better FPS on the fly. I only recommend it for people with low end computers that are having problems with low FPS. Based on my own experience it will actually slow down (Lower FPS) a fairly powerful computer while not improving graphics at all. I found this when I upgraded from 2G ram to 3G.Also, the current version, 3.1 is and will always be an unfinished beta version. The maker disappeared from the mod scene nearly a year ago. A shame as he produced some excellent technical work and was working on an improvement that went well beyond streamnline when he vanished.
